Parent Portal
The Parent Portal is a private place where you can see how your child is getting on at Phoenix — their attendance and the red and green marks staff record in each lesson.
Only you can see your own child. No other pupil's information is shown, and attendance and lesson marks can only be changed by staff.

The Parent Portal is being set up. When it opens, the sign-in link will appear here and we will let families know.

- Step 1
Ask for a join code
Contact the school office and we will issue a one-off code for your child. A second code can be issued for another parent or carer.
- Step 2
Set up your account
Enter the code with your email address and choose a password. The code links your account to your child and is then used up.
- Step 3
Sign in any time
After that it is just your email and password. There is no open sign-up, so nobody can create an account without a code.
What you will see
Attendance
Since your child started at Phoenix, this half term, and this week — each as a clear percentage with a green, amber or red band.
Lesson marks
The red and green marks staff record each lesson, shown as a simple colour picture over the same three time periods.
This week at a glance
A day-by-day row putting attendance and lesson colour side by side, so you can see how the week has gone.
Coming later
Half-term and end-of-term reports, dates your child is expected in school, messages from the office and, in time, a phone app with notifications.
